In the case you are not satisfied with any products purchased, you may return it within 7 days after you have received it. All returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include a copy of purchase receipt or invoice
- Include reason for return
- Include customer's contact details.
All return freight chargers will be paid by the customer.
If an incorrect purchase was made by the customer and the product is unwanted we will be happy to accept a return so long as it is within 30 days of purchase and the product is unused, in brand new condition and in its original packaging (if any).
If the return is due to an incorrect purchase you will be required to ship the product at your expense.
Important - When returning an item you must include a copy of your invoice along with a note for reason of the return.
If a refund is applicable it will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be processed through bank transfer, credit card refund, or PayPal refund depending on how you made your purchase.
In other cases we offer a store credit. Credit/Refunds amounts will be made for the value of the item (excluding freight).

Goods covered by manufacturer’s warranty are for Australian residents only. Proof of purchase is necessary. Alternatively, you can take your tool and your proof of purchase to your nearest authorised warranty service agent.
